Chapter 1.. 1Into the Night. 1Chapter 2.. 1All Eyes on Me. 1Chapter 3.. 2Corpses. 2 Chapter 1Into the NightIt was a cold and dark night in the old woods. I had decided that I wanted to go and check out the old deserted cabin that was in the dead center of the woods. As I was walking it felt as if somebody or something was following me but it must have been my mind playing tricks on me. I had walked uphill for about 15 minutes before I had got there and I was so tired that I felt that I was dead.
I was in front of the old wooden cabin. The grass was as dead as the old cemetery that it was built over. As walked to the steps I saw a little black cat running across the grass. There was something different about this cat like it knew who I was and what I was doing. I walked onto the first step and it felt like my leg was about to fall through. Now up all three stairs I was at the front door when now there was more than on cat I couldn’t tell exactly how many there were since all I saw were there dark red eyes as if they had been drowned in blood. The more I looked around me the more eyes I saw and the more scared I had got.
Chapter 2
All Eyes on Me The wind started to pick up. I was tip toeing closer and closer to the door. My hand touched the freezing cold and rusted knob of the door when all of a sudden I hear something coming from the inside of the cabin it was like a person was inside walking around I walked backwards quietly and notice that the eyes of the cats are gone when all of a sudden a cat jumps up and makes a screeching sound. I had stepped on its tail unknowingly and when I turned around to see if the cat was okay I saw what looked like a mountain lion with red eyes like the cats looking straight at me.
I started to run back to the door of the cabin when I stepped over a something and it snapped in half like a tree branch. I made to the door and looked back and I saw what I had stepped on it wasn’t a tree branch it looked long enough to be the bone of a human. Also I noticed that whatever was out there wasn’t there any it was liked the mountain lion vanished. When I looked up at the old oak tree I saw a crow eating something. It looked to be a rat. I had made up my mind and decided to go inside of the cabin I tried to open the door but it wouldn’t budge. The crow had now flown over to the railing in front of the house. Like everything else I had saw tonight it too had the red eyes.
Chapter 3
CorpsesItried for the door again and this time it opened. I was welcomed to the smell of embalming fluid and death. The smell made throw up in my mouth and I could taste the pizza that I had for dinner. The room was filled with dust and cobwebs. There was an old worn down yellow couch and a wooden table with a glass vase with dead flowers in them. Oddly there was a chair in the middle of the cabin facing the opposite direction of everything else. I knew that the chair had to be there for a reason so much that I could feel it like it was a force against me so I decided to go up to the chair. I got closer to the chair and that horrible smell got worse.
I was now at the chair and I could see that it had cast a shadow off of the wall it was a shadow of a person but there hadn’t been anyone who lived here in years. I started to twist the chair around when crash! The glass vase on the table shattered. I could now hear the crows outside crowing and the cats meowing. I reluctantly turned the chair and it was the lifeless pail body of a man but not the whole body. Both legs looked to be chopped off.
I bolted out of the house like a pro sprinter, I wasn’t stopping for anything. I was now out of the woods and I felt like I was being followed again. I would never go back into those woods again.
